NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Executive One Transport, we require a minimum of one-hour notice prior to the pickup time in order to waive our minimum charge for autos. Vans and mini-coaches require a two-hour notice. Buses require a twenty-four hour notice. Specialty vehicles, such as stretched SUVs and other "non-standard" vehicles that we do not have in our fleet, require forty-eight hours notice minimum. Depending on our source for the vehicle, more time may be required for cancellation.
Jet services requires a 10% down payment and is NON REFUNDABLE regardless of the time frame of cancellation.
Extended minimums apply which require as much as 24-hours notice to cancel without penalty. For the rest of the continental United States and Canada, a two (2) hour notice might be sufficient, but may require as much as twenty-four (24) hours notice depending on the market. Late cancellations and no shows are charged at the respective minimums for that market and vehicle type. If the reservation is cancelled within the specified time allotments, it is the client's responsibility to obtain and note a cancellation number as given to you by Executive One Transport. You, the client will be responsible for any charges incurred by not giving proper notification. Applicant agrees to Executive One Transport terms, conditions and rates.
